In our experience, we've found that the best run projects start with a good chat. We can quickly establish whether we're for you and if you're for us. By understanding what's required, by when and for how much, we'll quickly let you know if that's achievable or not. We have a wealth of experience in building, restoring and converting and we don't mind sharing that. Together we'll get our heads round what's involved and understand who's doing what. We can handle everything if you like, or if you prefer we can work as a team and supply only the services your need.

With 25+ Years in the building industry Paul has seen just about everything there is to see. With a tight grip on budgets and a penchant for planning, Paul is integral in overseeing all projects run in as expected, with no surprises.
Some of the people we've met along the way
We have now used Graphite Construction for two consecutive major refurbishments in Edinburgh. Not long after completing the first one, a change in circumstances led us to sell our original property and needing to carry out a second refurbishment on a larger property nearby. Being based overseas meant that we weren’t able to project manage it directly ourselves and so having used Graphite once already, we had no hesitation to get them back in a second time. On both occasions we left it in Paul’s hands to coordinate the entire job. In addition to the day to day site management and coordination of sub contractors where required, Paul was a very good sounding board with regards to ideas and suggestions as well. Overall the whole team were very thorough and reliable with a high standard of finishing, whilst at the same time being very fairly priced. The Graphite Construction website has a good range of photos from both our properties which show how well the restorations turned out, with the first property even featuring in the Edinburgh Evening News newspaper.

When it came to the finish work on the inside and outside Paul and Si always had good suggestions and resourcefulness to make the build perfect.
